Interim Possession Order granted

Several members of the Save Nunhead Centre action group went to Lambeth County Court today to contest the Interim Possession Order (IPO) court case.

Judge Gibson was sympathetic to the case, but as the defendants had no evidence from a Southwark officer to prove the building had been occupied for longer than 28 days he had no choice but to issue the IPO.

This means the current occupancy of the building will be over within a few days.

Open doors all day, Sunday.
(14th June, bring food, come and see the centre)

Yesterday the final phase of water testing was carried out by Aqua Cert.
